Assessment (out of five) #
I felt pretty strong this week. With the exception of some gastrointestinal issues on Sunday afternoon that caused some mild discomfort, I stuck to my plan pretty well and I felt good. I am adapting to the heat and I am noticing some improvements in both lifting and running.
