Assessment (out of five)

I missed a lifting day and was just shy of my mileage target, but otherwise I felt like I hit most of my goals and did pretty well. I did have a couple of cheat meals but my weight has remained stable.

It was also more of a cerebral week, with my focusing heavily on work, other habits (coding, reading, etc.), and personal projects at home.

I'll start doing monthly assessments that add a few more metrics.
