Assessment (out of five) #
This week was a bit of a bust, for a few reasons. First and foremost, I tested positive for COVID on Friday evening. I had some extra tests in the house and I was feeling a bit run down. This was terrible timing, as not only did I have to withdraw from playing drums, but I had to isolate myself from my son’s birthday celebrations for substantial portion the weekend (namely anything not outdoors).
While this did allow me to get some rest and obtain a fairly good sleep score, I did not work out at all Saturday and Sunday like I usually do, and I probably will not do any heavy running for at least 2-3 weeks to make sure I don’t get messed up.
On a positive note, my symptoms have been extremely mild so far and I will hopefully be mostly over it by this coming weekend.
