Assessment (out of five) #
I mostly stuck to my plan and got some good rest. I opted to take the week off lifting and ran a very easy mile and a half on Sunday. I also sprinkled in some walking here and there.
Sleep was good, but I did experience a neck/head/arm flare-up mid-week. I feel a bit better today and hopefully it recedes into the background for a while.
The plan this week is to ease back into lifting and running, maintaining my focus primarily on resistance training.
