Another pretty solid week. My diet was a bit better but I still ate a little bit of junk. I have a wellness checkup coming up, so I'll be able to see if my basic bloodwork is improving.

I will probably be phasing out Whoop when my subscription runs out. The Garmin seems to do well enough on its own.
