Assessment (out of five)

Last week I hurt my back/ribs, so I was only able to do light lifting and running toward the end of the week. I hurt it again lifting office equipment on Monday, so I'll probably have to take it easy again this week.

Sleep score metrics are now based off Garmin. Anything above 80% is pretty good, and anything above 75% is acceptable. The Garmin sleep score seems to be a bit stricter than the Whoop score was.
